Art Gallery

Arielle Fine Arts represents a selection of emerging artists in Switzerland. The artists’ artworks are promoted with exhibitions held in various places in Switzerland and with exclusive selling opportunities. We often organise art events and send regular newsletters with a selection of artworks available to purchase or art inspirations.

Art Lawyer

As a Swiss lawyer, registered at the Geneva bar,  Arielle provides legal services relating to the art market. Art History

As an art historian, Arielle contributes to the writing and compiling of art catalogues for her clients’ art collections, which can be useful for documentation, promotion or future sales. Thanks to her network, Arielle can also assist collectors with other matters such as the insurance, conservation, scientific expertise and finance matters relating to their art collection by collaborating with the right specialists.

About

Arielle de Bartha-Dubois is the founder and director of Arielle Fine Arts.
She is a Swiss attorney-at-Law, based in Geneva, active both in the art market and in the legal world. 

Arielle studied history of art at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. She holds a Master's degree in Economic Law summa cum laude from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree in Law magna cum laude from the University of Lausanne. 

She has worked in the art market in auctions houses, art galleries and for a major bank in cities such as London, Berlin and Luxembourg. In Switzerland she has worked in a Swiss boutique law firm dedicated to art law and as tax lawyer at one of the major law firm of Switzerland. 

Arielle has published multiple academic and professional articles relating to the art market law on subject matters such as the taxation of art collection, estate planning for art collectors and on the web3, in particular NFTs. She participated as a panellist to conferences such as Metafest Festival, Swissnex Shanghai, JPEG Forum, World XR Forum, Geneva Centre of Philanthropy, engaging about the art market and art law.  She writes regularly an art chronicle about art & law (Conseil d’Art’ielle) in the Swiss business magazine the BILAN.

Arielle Fine Arts was previously ARIE ART AGENCY, which was founded in 2019 by the twin sisters, Arielle and Crystal Dubois, with the goal to promote contemporary art in Switzerland.
